Biking again--back to Kansas, Toto.

Tues Jan 19:

 We started the morning with a visit to a local cheese factory and enjoyed sampling their various styles, then we made our way up the coast,

stopping at the Moeraki Boulders where we ran into some of the unicyclists who were making their way around the South Island, after the Wellington International Unicycle competition we’d seen earlier.

  We stopped in Ashburton’s park for lunch and I decided to hop on my bike for 110K trip to Little River via gravel roads (flat Canterbury plains) and rail trail. Picked up for dinner at a pub with the girls before big hill onto the Banks Peninsula. Then into Akarora town for the night.
